Know how to confuse and upset a lot of people?
Change their milk!!!
Milk isn't just milk. I totally agree that you can't just go in the grocery store and pick out any old milk carton/brand and be satisfied. I'm a fan of organic milk that you have to get at a Whole Foods or Central Market. Yes, it makes me feel healthier and like I'm indirectly saving the planet.
At least the minds behind this merger had the right Idea and let customers change that not much has changed....

What a beautiful MESS!!!

The other day at work there was a wedding and these beautiful lilies were left, so of course they were going to get thrown away. I got permission to take them home to make my apartment look just beautiful, but little did I know these little beauties would make the biggest mess. I didn't realize the pollen would get on everything it touched...and it did! All over my face, white work shirt, and cream colored upholstery in my car. AND the worst part about it was I left work at 10pm, so it was dark, and I did not realize that my car and I were covered in pollen until I got home and my lovely roommate started laughing at me! So like always I burn whatever I touch and ruined the $269 car detailing I have gotten a month ago (at least I bought it on Groupon for $69-thank you Groupon!), had to throw away a shitty work shirt, and wasted a lot of time cleaning up....oh well, that's how the cookie crumbles.
MMM cookies sound good right now, how about a ginger snap???
Some good writing

So many call it trash TV, others make it their weekly guilty pleasure and yet others don't even know it exists. I am of course talking about two of the latest trends in pop-culture: Glee and Gossip Girl. Yes, you kind of have to be living in a hole to not know that Glee exists- its weekly airing on prime-time television captures audiences of all ages. Both shows of course live off stereotypes and play up roles only a few fortunate (or unfortunate in the case of Jenny on GG) actual lead in real life. Both are laced with innuendoes, teen drinking, the idea that sex sells, and many other controversial scenes, but what both have in my opinion is great dialogue, or script writing! Kudos to the writers of both shows. Their way with words continue to get me from week to week. As silly as Blair's acting may be, as hot as Chuck Bass may be, and as annoying as Vanessa may be from week to week, Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage adaptation of Cecily von Ziegesar novel captivates me and I can't seem to get enough. As Kristen Bell open and closes each episode I almost get a hard on as the words wind through another juicy, gossip filled tale.....someday I will write like this too and be responsible for another phenomena such as Glee or Gossip Girl. "XOXO You know you love me!" AND "I just prefer to think of the homleess as outdoorsy. So shine on urban campers!"

Socially responsibility...everyones doing it
Tonight I attended the 2010 Exxonmobil Lecture Series on social responsibility. it was a great discussion on the everyday struggles of how the advertising world can be socially responsible....in a good way. i think that the UNICEF campaign for clean water definitely speaks to the messages I heard tonight. To check out the info on the lecture series go to smu.edu/exxonmobil
Can we shower pool? It'll save the world
And this is what I love about advertising...quirky new ways to look at the things we do everyday....
