so my favorite pastry chef at the hotel where I work is moving on to his next big job in Arizona...he is truly an artist and even though this groomsman cake is for TCU it is still freaking AMAZING. After working in the food and beverage industry for so long I can truly see how it is an art form to create beautiful, eye catching, and appealing things....
